My experience ranges from consulting to managing small operations teams, responsibility for operations excellence and the operations strategy process in a photonics group to managing international production and service networks.
I have managed all phases (foundation, set-up, restructuring and closure) and have also created successful turnarounds as an intervention manager in crisis situations for major projects.
