This is a collection of my ideas and experiences in the field of operations management.

Here I describe what Operations Management (in my eyes) encompasses in order to be truly successful. Since I have learned time and again in the past that there is too often a focus on individual aspects and buzzwords, especially at C-level, I am trying to describe a slightly different picture of the elements and their interrelationship in order to stimulate a different understanding and way of thinking about operations management. ... Perhaps sometimes a little provocative and in the North German style ... but honest.
